Our Vision - The Wellness Approach

At the Good Day Total Health Clinic, we focus on custom based wellness approaches that fit to each individual patient. Because our main focus and goal is to strive for restoration of total health and well-being, we strive to achieve the best results for each individual patient, based on their specific case.

The main difference between wellness care and standard medical care is, wellness care seeks to activate the body’s natural healing ability. Wellness care does not add something to the body’s system; instead it removes and purges pollutants to the body that may interfere with normal functioning. Wellness care trusts that the body will know what to do if something negative is interfering with normal bodily functions. Standard medical care on the other hand seeks to treat symptoms by prescription medications, surgery or other medical procedures.

“Wellness” is a state of optimal condition needed for normal functioning. The wellness approach is based on finding the underlying cause/causes of any disturbances/disruptions which may/may not be causing the specific symptoms. This approach also optimizes the conditions for normal functioning by making lifestyle adjustments and other interventions deemed necessary.

When the body is working properly, it tends to heal effectively, no matter what the condition may be. When the body heals and maintains itself, there is another level of health that goes beyond “asymptomatic” or “pain-free.” This reveals an open-ended opportunity for vitality, vibrant health, and an enhanced experience of life. There is also true for mental and emotional health as well as physical health. While some people may suffer from psychological disorders, creating an atmosphere of mental and emotional wellness, will address all but the most serious problems.

Unlike conventional medicines that focus on attempting to treat diseases as they occur, Good Day Total Health Clinic emphasizes the importance of improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness.
